This policy explains how Piesto Pizza and Pastry ("Piesto", "we", "us"), operated by Mr Bowman Enterprises Woodstock LLC (Woodstock location) and Mr Bowman Enterprises, LLC (Holly Springs location), collects and uses information from guests at our Woodstock and Holly Springs, Georgia locations, on piestopizza.com, and in our rewards program.
Information we collect
• Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email, when you join our rewards program, order online or sign up for offers.
• Order details, such as what you bought, when, at which location and how much you spent.
• Website activity, such as pages visited and device information, collected through cookies and similar tools on our website.
How we use it
• To prepare and deliver your orders and run our rewards program.
• To send you offers and updates, if you chose to receive them.
• To understand which of our ads and promotions bring guests to our restaurants and website.
• To show our ads to the right people, and to avoid showing them to guests who already know us.
Sharing with advertising and service partners
We use trusted partners to run our ordering, rewards and advertising. Our ordering and rewards platform is provided by Toast. To measure and improve our advertising, we may share limited information, such as your phone number or email together with the date, location and amount of a purchase, with advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Contact details are encrypted (hashed) before they are shared, and these platforms use them only to match and measure ads. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share payment card details.
Your choices
• Marketing messages: you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying STOP to our text messages.
• Advertising use: you can ask us not to use your information for advertising measurement by emailing marketing@piestopizza.com.
• Access or deletion: you can ask to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing marketing@piestopizza.com.
• Cookies: you can manage cookies through the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of our website.
Children
Our rewards program and marketing are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
